The company was founded to finance the Sun Beach Hotel Resort Project and is part of the PRESTON Capital group. After the construction of this project is completed, it will participate in other real estate projects in the PRESTON group.
We offer you investments in bonds with an interest rate of 8% p.a. issued by the company PRESTON Development, s.r.o. In the first round, the company issues bonds in the total volume of 25 000 000 CZK, with which it finances the construction of 250 apartments on the artificial island of Al Marjan. This island is located in the most tourist-attractive emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The subsequent operation of the resort will be ensured by a prestigious EARTH Hotel chain, which will operate the rentals to tourists.
