Filip Navrátil founded the company in 2016 and gradually brought together a team of professionals with many years of experience in the industry.

Balint Hegyvari has extensive international sales and marketing experience. He was responsible for clients portfolio, building strong relationships with existing clients and partners. In the past, he had offices with a strong and successful team in Cyprus, Vietnam, and the United Kingdom. He is now based in Budapest, where he manages the PRESTON Business Kft. and works on international marketing for the company.

On the 3rd of September 2021 PRESTON Capital, a.s. expanded its portfolio by adding Battery Space, s.r.o., a company subject to regulation and inspection by the Czech National Bank. It is a holder of the authorisation for investment consulting and mediation of investments and insurance policies. The company was renamed to PRESTON Finance, s.r.o., on 16 December.
For PRESTON Capital, a.s., the acquisition was a strategic investment. Adding this company allows the group to become partially independent in the distribution of its own and third-party investment tools on the Czech market. The current validity of the licence can be transparently verified online on the website of the Czech National Bank.
